Step 1 Go to the Order Status page of our website within 24 hours after you have placed an order.

Step 2 A BizRate pop-up window will pop up on the order detail page.

Step 3 Click on the pop-up window and you will go to the BizRate website to fill out a Point-of-Sale Survey.

Step 4 A Follow-up Survey invitation will be emailed to you later. Please fill out the survey after receiving your order.
