Wholesale FAQs
Is award winning teas wholesalable?

The answer is yes. It is available only on a preorder basis. We will notified our wholesale members when it is available to pre-order.


What are the payment options available for wholesale purchases?

We accept Google Checkout only. Because our wholesale prices are so low and there is no minimum purchase requirement, we charge additional 3% for Google Checkout processing fee for Google Checkout payments.


Will tea canisters be included?

We do not include tea canisters for wholesale orders.


How will my wholesale order be packed?

All our tea will be packed in vacuum-sealed foil bags to ensure freshness.


Do you accept returns or exchanges for wholesale orders?

We only accept returns or exchanges for wholesale orders if you receive incorrect items. Just return the items directly to us, and we'll refund your money (including shipping charges).


Do I have to contact customer service to conform availability before placing wholesale orders?

Although it is not required, we strongly encourage you to contact us for availability, tea recommendations and estimated processing time before you place wholesale orders. We will be more than happy to assist you.


Returned Packages with Failure Delivery

If we got returned packages from mail office, we will inform the buyer. If the reason the packages get returned because of our mistake, we will resend for free.

if the mistake is because of a wrong shipping to address provided by buyer or unclaimed by the buyer, buyers are responsible for full shipping fee and return shipping(if applicable) before we can resend the package. We will not refund the order for returned packages.


Insurance

Regardless which shipping option is selected, we will purchase shipping insurance at our own expense when it is available.

Shipping insurance for express service is available to all countries.

Shipping insurance for airmail service is available to some countries only. Below is a partial list of country where insurance is available. Please contact us if you need to know if your country is available.

Australia, Austria, Bahrain, Belarus, Belgium, Brunei Darussalam, Bulgaria, Czech Rep., Cyprus, Denmark, France, Georgia, Great Britain, Hungary, Iceland, Japan, Korea (Rep.), Kuwait, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Nicaragua, Pakistan, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Slovak Rep., South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirate, U.S.A.


Orders Shipped by Express Service

Orders shipped by express service via Taiwan Post are online trackable at Taiwan Postal Service website. Shipping insurance for this option is available to all countries and we will purchase for you at no extra charge. Orders are delivered worldwide within 2-6 business days, excluding time at customs.


Lost Packages

If your package has been shipped out to you from IShopO.com in Taiwan and has become lost by the Taiwan Post Office, we will put in a claim with the Taiwan Post Office and reship the item(s) only if the Taiwan Post Office accepts the claim and the lost package was insured when shipped. We strongly recommend the Express Service and the shipping rates for the service get much better as you buy more!
