If we got returned package(s) from mail office, we will inform the buyer immediately. If the reason the package(s) get returned because of our mistake, we will resend for free.

if the mistake is because of a wrong shipping to address provided by the buyer at Google Checkout or unclaimed by the buyer, We will be happy to resend or refund the order. In case of resend, the buyer is responsible for full shipping fee and return shipping(if applicable). In case of refund, a refund will be issued with deduction of shipping cost and return shipping(if applicable) from the original payment according to the receipt of the returned packages.

If package(s) have been shipped out to the buyer from IShopO.com and have become lost by the Taiwan Post Office, we will put in a claim with the Taiwan Post Office. We will immediately reship the item(s) (except for award winning tea items) free of charge once the Taiwan Post Office accepts the claim. However, we will not be able to reship itmes like award winning tea, Genuine Fushoushan Veteran's Farm Oolong Tea, Dayuling 105K Snow Oolong Tea (TeaMaster Lin) and PIAO I Teapot without shipping insurance purchased. It is strongly recommended to select express service for orders if your order contains any items mentioned above.

Regardless which shipping option is selected, we will purchase shipping insurance at our own expense when it is available.
