Wenshan tea region is located in Taipei county and it is the home of pouchong tea. The region is one of the most traditional and major tea regions in Taiwan. Tea plantations are spread between 200 to 800 meters above sea level. An assortment of varietals are grown in this region, such as QingXin Oolong, Jinxuan, Cuiyu, Sijichun and Damanzhong.
